Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship with UPS for most orders. For larger shipments, we use LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight services. We also offer international shipping to select countries.

Processing & Lead Times

  • In-stock items (replacement LEDs, dock lights, light boxes and parts) typically ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Solar LED sign orders are typically fulfilled in 1–2 weeks, depending on order quantity.
  • Custom signs, W-Series warning signs and bulk orders may require additional lead time. We’ll confirm your timeline when you order.
  • Lead times may vary based on location, order volume, and product availability.

Shipping Costs & Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the order.
  • LTL shipments and bulk orders may require a custom freight quote.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to select locations.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • UPS deliveries typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on location.
  • LTL freight shipments may take longer depending on transit routes.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or customs clearance.
